I have put together a learning programme which includes all of the key aspects of how the mind and body interact in terms of health and wellbeing.

The programme spans over five weeks with a 2-hour group workshop each week.

Each workshop includes teaching on a specific topic related to mind-body health, experiential exercises and group discussion on how the topic relates to clinical practice.

Topics include: Overview of the mind-body interface, Emotional trauma and Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) research review, Behavioural Health processes and interventions, and communication skills.

The programme is designed for any healthcare professional but I will try to keep particular professional groups together so that discussion around clinical application is more valuable.

At the current time, due to the pandemic, I am working exclusively online but I hope to be able to welcome small groups back to my office as soon as I can.

I hold the groups on Zoom so you do need to have a fairly stable internet connection to participate.

The programme runs on Monday or Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm for five weeks.
The cost is £200.
The next programme will start in the spring, date to be confirmed.

When permitted, I can run groups in person in the North Devon/North Cornwall area, either in local community spaces or in workplaces on request.
